• The training manager must identify the training needs for FINCA Kosovo staff
  • He/she proposes the training plan based on the training needs of the institution
  • In cooperation with his/her supervisor implements and delivers the training plan
  • To develop trainings and learning through the “E-Learnings” and “E-Trainings” methods
  • He/She must possess the ability to organize and hold trainings through online platforms as well as through traditional training methods
  • Follow up and implement the FDA trainings (FINCA Development Academy)
  • To propose to the supervisor a plan for the development of new human capacities
  • To support and develop internal or external training activities
  • Identify and develop talents in the institution

Kualifikimet / Kërkesat

  • Candidate must have high communication skills and willingness to work in the field of trainings
  • Minimum 3 years experience in organizing and conducting trainings
  • She/he needs to have a University Degree
  • Needs to possess an excellent English language skills both in spoken and written language
  • Ability to writte/modify procedures both in English and Abanian
  • Possess evidence of delivering/implementing trainings in relevant areas
  • Organizational Skills – Accurately fulfills qualitatively and timely work tasks
  • Preliminary training experience in Banks or Microfinance is an a advantage
