• Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to
    streamline processes;
  • Participate in the recruitment process (preparing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and posting new vacancy - positions on various social media channels and websites and any other documentation needed);
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments;
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated;
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedure;
  • Maintain contact lists, office supply inventories and logistics;
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, filing, and emails;
  • Preparing reports;
  • Any Admin paperwork needed for the operation to run;


  • Fluent in English and Albanian;
  • Preferable College or University degree in Management, Business Development, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant;
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular);
  • Excellent time management skills and able to prioritize work;
  • Good research/problem solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles;
